Progress at Hong Kah station has been somewhat slow, hence it may not be immediately apparent how far along the station has come in its construction. This is especially so when the piers under construction in neighbouring contract J102 loom over, with a launch gantry to construct the viaduct already locked into position. For this post, we'll be posting photos that allow you to compare the progress made all the way from April this year.
April 2022
The only shot we have was contributed by Seloloving from the Skyscrapercity Forums. It is a wide view of the station site with a green crane in the middle. Construction work can be seen in its infancy here.

July 2022
Come July, we see another green crane on site. This time, we have a closer view of the station site where some earthwork can be seen taking place. Some rebar is also present on site. Other equipment can be seen towards the northern end of the station.

September 2022
Towards the end of the third quarter, there are some signs of progress. Some concrete forms can be seen towards the southern end of the station whilst foundation piles can be seen at the northern end. These foundation piles will likely support future columns atop.

October 2022
The foundation piles from the previous month have morphed into rebar forms. These form the base upon which the structure above can be supported. Further along towards the middle of the station sheet piles can be seen along with a portion of excavated soil. These might potentially be for the installation of foundation piles for the station building, being one of the few stations that are not sited in a road median.

November 2022
This brings us up to last month where the station has progressed further. There is more shotcrete used to retain the excavation site. The base of several columns can be clearly seen whilst the form work to begin concrete casting can be seen towards the southern end of the site.
