Contract J111 was awarded to China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company, the company's first contract to construct an MRT section in Singapore. The contract calls for the construction of Enterprise (JS9) & Tukang (JS10) stations and associated viaducts. Either end of the contract interfaces with adjoining contracts for other sections of the line - the western end connecting to the Boon Lay station with a cripple siding track and the southern end continuing over the Ayer Rajah Expressway to Jurong Hill.

April 2023
In early Q2 2023, a road diversion was effected along Jalan Boon Lay. Both bounds of the roadway were swung to the west to allow for the creation of a work site to the east where foundation works can take place. This includes the installation of bored piles to support the station columns. Much like Bahar Junction station, this station will also straddle one bound of the roadway.

Early June 2023
By early June, work was advancing along at the cripple siding site. Located right above the canal next to the Safra Jurong clubhouse, the bases of the four piers were becoming apparent. Across the canal, however, there was no sign of the viaduct piers coming up as yet. In fact, along the entire contract's length, these are the first viaduct piers to pop up.
Further along, after the 90-degree turn comes the Enterprise station site. Heavy machinery for bored piling works had arrived on site although we are not sure if any piling had commenced as yet. Nonetheless, the site was taking baby steps towards the completion of the section of line by 2029.

Late June 2023By the end of the quarter, work to build up the viaduct piers near the connection with the tracks continuing from contact J106's Boon Lay station were progressing onto the pier columns. More heavy equipment could also be seen at the station site area.
Over the quarter, there were 2 main areas of progress that were noted. The first being the progress of the viaduct piers supporting the cripple siding atop the canal which had progressed from foundation works to the column structure itself. The other area was the station site which saw the completion of the road diversion and the deployment of heavy equipment to the site.
