The second of three stations located along Jurong West Avenue 2 is Jurong West station. To be located near the St. Joseph's Home, the station will also serve the Boon Lay Gardens residential precinct.

Similar to Corporation station, it is likely that the line will run along the road median. This means that the mature trees will soon have to make way for the construction of the line once building work commences.
