  1. An interesting fact that may be otherwise missed out: the Tengah town centre, where Tengah Station will be located, is the highest point in Tengah. This is evident from maps showing the numerical height of the place, as well as Google Maps which shows the terrain
    of the land. I believe a view of Tengah's terrain on Google Earth would show that Tengah town centre is the highest point of Tengah. With regards to the Jurong Region Line, it would be an engineering feat to make sure that the trains run on a horizontal plane as much as possible as the height of the columns have to be shorter as the tracks go towards the town centre, and higher as the tracks go away from the town centre. Otherwise, it would be the same as the Bukit Panjang LRT, and we may experience similar train service disruptions on the Jurong Region Line as with the Bukit Panjang LRT in future. This is a valid point, which I hope the JRL construction blog authors can write about in the article(s) about the Jurong Region Line stations in Tengah.
