We begin our review of the progress along Jurong Region Line (JRL) phase 3 by visiting Enterprise & Tukang stations under contract J111. Signs of works at different stages are apparent as the works begin to ramp up. We break the work activities on site according to station for easier reference.
Enterprise
Road diversion works are underway to facilitate the preparation of the site for station construction. As part of the diversion works, 2 bus stops on the northbound carriageway will be shifted twice - once on 3 January 2023 and again on 8 January 2023. Work is otherwise underway to create the replacement carriageways so that the northbound section of road can be diverted.

Tukang
Works at Tukang are mostly centred on completion of the advanced utility diversions. Rings for underground sewage pipes can be seen on the roadside, near to JTC's Jurong Industrial Estate. Currently, there is little else visible that appears to be in progress.
Next to the Tukang station site, however, is the casting yard being built under contract J111. This will presumably host the casting yard for contract J112 as well, and presumably contract J113 & J115A. Works are progressing well with the existing buildings cleared to make way for the yard equipment to be installed once site preparation is completed.

With 2023 already underway, more works can be expected along this stretch of the JRL project. Station foundation and viaduct pier works should commence and the casting yard should be ready to begin production of the viaduct segment boxes. Road diversions can be expected as well to enable works to proceed.
