J106 - Update on site progress

seen towards the left of the image.

We are back at contract J106 to view the progress in the middle of the month. Despite the previous visit being fairly recent, there's a fair bit of visible progress at the site. More piers can be seen, apart from the 2 completed ones at the northern end of the contract. From the north, the third pier is half-cast whilst the sixth was having formwork being done to facilitate the casting works. The stubs of piers four and five from the northern contract boundary are visible as well.

17 November 2022 - Works continuing into the evening.

Workers at the site were definitely pushing hard to have the piers ready for casting or touch up - even scrubbing down to smoothen out the concrete for a better visual appeal. We wish the contractor & all workers a safe & smooth project completion. Till our next update then!
